Garment not as advertised on their website
My experience, I like other reviews of this company.
I did order a nice garment on their website and when it came, it looked dirty trashy cheap nothing like the garment on their website. I’ve emailed them and they saying to me.

I like to be able to show you the difference of the two garments what was ordered and what I actually received two totally different garments. I’m so angry cause I won’t get a refund by this company a garment that I would never wear because it looks so trashy, dirty, cheap and nasty. It has cost me nearly £60 for this outfit which is not worth £5.
Whatever their policies and procedures say on the website, they’re not a genuine honest company do not ever buy from them is my recommendation.

Their policy is misleading to begin with but even that would be fine if they followed it. I showed proof of damaged product and received a $6 compensation instead of any exchange or store credit. Absolute joke.. The best part, they copy and paste their responses to all of these reviews so they don’t care whatsoever. Scammers.

I paid for express shipping/ cheap quality/ no accountability
I paid for express shipping, yet my order was significantly delayed and did not arrive within the timeframe promised. The company has refused to acknowledge the delay or take responsibility.
The quality of the dress is extremely poor and nothing like what is shown online. The fabric and construction feel cheap and completely unjustified for the price.
Despite the delivery failure and unacceptable quality, Boi Life refused to offer a refund and were dismissive in their response. After reading multiple similar reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated experience.
Do not purchase here- scam!

I would give zero stars if that were an option. This is by far the worst company I have ever ordered from and feels like a complete scam. I have never had issues with returns or refunds before, regardless of the situation, until now.
The sizing was completely wrong, the dress was extremely poorly made, and the prices are outrageously high for the quality. The product photos are also inaccurate and misleading. When I requested a refund, I was told they do not offer refunds because it is a “mass-produced dress” and that I should simply trim the fraying myself. They also refuse refunds due to sizing issues. Was offered a £5 compensation fee for a product costing over £40.
This is an absolutely disgusting way to treat customers.

My order, placed on December 17, 2025, arrived after a month. The product I received is very different from the images on their website. It's definitely not the same. They sent a completely different, inferior product. When we contacted them, they absolutely refused to accept a return. They've created the images using AI to deceive people. They won't issue a refund. They said I could exchange it for another product, but they won't cover the shipping costs. Because the shipping cost is very high, I'm stuck with the product. I'll have to throw it away. I hope someone takes action against this company and makes them pay the necessary penalties. I'm very disappointed.

Complete scam with malicious intent
I am submitting this complaint to formally dispute a charge for a product that was materially misrepresented and sold under false and deceptive advertising.
The item ordered was advertised—both in the product title and description—as “suede.” The product I received is not suede, nor does it contain suede in any form. It is a cheap, 100% polyester garment. This constitutes a clear misrepresentation of material facts. Additionally, the color depicted on the website (a deep blue) is entirely inconsistent with the actual item received, which is closer to a light denim blue. The discrepancy is substantial and not attributable to lighting or minor variation.
Upon receiving the item, I promptly contacted the merchant to request a return and refund and provided photographic evidence demonstrating the discrepancy between the advertised product and the delivered item. Despite this documentation, the merchant refused to accept a return, asserting—without basis—that the item meets their “highest quality standards” and that “there is nothing wrong with the product.”
Instead of honoring a refund, the merchant offered either:
A $5 “compensation” on a $70 purchase, or
An exchange for another item from the same company.
Both offers are unreasonable and fail to remedy the core issue: the product was not as described. I declined the exchange, as I have no confidence in receiving an accurately represented product from a merchant that has already demonstrated deceptive business practices and bad-faith refusal to resolve the issue.
This conduct goes beyond poor customer service. It reflects a pattern of intentional misrepresentation, refusal to honor basic consumer protections, and an attempt to coerce customers into accepting inadequate compensation rather than issuing a lawful refund. In my assessment, this rises to the level of fraudulent or malicious commercial conduct.
I have therefore initiated a formal payment dispute with Affirm, to which I have submitted:
Screenshots of the product listing showing the misleading description
Photographs of the actual item received
Complete records of the email correspondence with the merchant
I am requesting a full refund on the basis of false advertising, product misrepresentation, and refusal to honor a valid return for a defective (not-as-described) item.
p.s. Do not be fooled by Boiilife.com's response to the complaints posted on this site. It's their template reply:

BEWARE
BEWARE. DO NOT SHOP! If you purchase something that does not fit they will not refund, only provide an exchange. Also, their sizing is about 2 sizes smaller than what you purchase.
