If I could give zero stars, I would! The clothes didn't look like the picture, and they don't uphold their return policy listed on the website. I got a large shirt that the shoulders are so narrow I don't even think I could get it over my head. I got another dress, but the fabric wasn't the same as in the picture. I'm filing a claim with my credit card company, but save yourself the trouble and do not order from this company.

Extremely disappointing experience with Boiilife. I was excited to place my first order but it’s been nearly 2 weeks with no update and when I try to email their customer service team at infoatboiilife.com the email address is INVALID. The phone number provided is also DISCONNECTED. Not an inexpensive purchase and meant to be a gift - sadly a waste of money and complete scam.

Worst quality clothing EVER! I am highly disappointed in my purchase of nearly R4000!!! Disgusting how they can sell this CHEAP clothing for such a high price. Should have googled them before purchasing.

Extremely disappointing experience. The clothes I received were very poor quality, and when I contacted customer service, I was ignored and told that it was “not a quality issue.” Instead of taking responsibility for their products, the company seems more interested in avoiding refunds than helping customers. The customer service was unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a customer at all. I will never shop here again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.

Stay away! I made the mistake of not looking up the business before purchasing. They charge an exhorbitant amount for bad quality clothes then refuse to allow a return and refund based on their non-existent return policy.

Horrible Company - Misleading

I placed an order on JANUARY 26th. I ordered two sizes with intent of returning the item that didn't fit. I quickly read the return policy and interpreted that I would be able to return it as long as it was within the time frame. My order showed up on APRIL 22ND. When I placed the order, the company charged me that day and it did not indicate that it was a longer than normal shipment window. The actual clothing does not match the photo and because it took so long, I missed the opportunity to wear it (it is a ski outfit). Customer service told me I could not return it b/c there is nothing wrong with the outfit. I later complained that I ordered two sizes with the intention of returning one. They then offered me the the option of returning the 1 size but I had to pay for shipping. The shipping city they provided is going to cost be over the price of the outfit. Therefore I'm stuck.

When I requested a return, they refused to provide a return address or instructions, making it impossible to send the items back. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept pushing exchanges or offering a small €7 refund, which is completely unacceptable. This feels like a typical online scam pattern where returning items is intentionally made difficult or impossible. I had to involve my bank to resolve the situation. Avoid this store.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The product I received was completely different from what was advertised. The listing clearly described a linen-cotton set with a matte finish, but what I received was polyester with a noticeable shine—completely inconsistent with the materials shown in the photos. The color was also quite different from what was pictured online. When I requested a refund, they asked for photo evidence. I provided clear images showing the difference in fabric (matte vs. shiny), yet they insisted that the item I received was exactly as described and refused to issue a refund. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing from this company.

Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. I would strongly warn anyone against ordering from this shop unless you are prepared for terrible quality, absurd sizing, and customer service that seems designed to avoid refunds at all costs. I contacted them immediately after receiving my order because I wanted to return both items. There was no delay, no damage caused by me, no wearing the clothes and then changing my mind weeks later. I reached out right away. The reason was simple: the items were far too big, even though I had already ordered the smallest size available. Instead of handling the return like a normal, professional company, they immediately started pushing me toward an exchange and sending me repetitive, copy-paste replies that completely ignored what I was actually saying. The most ridiculous and insulting part of this whole experience was that they started trying to explain to me how the dress was “supposed” to fit. That would already be annoying enough, but in this case it was completely absurd. The dress was around 40 cm longer than me and so oversized that I could put it on without even unzipping it. Let that sink in. A dress that can be pulled on without unzipping is not “just not slim fit.” It is not “a different style.” It is not some subtle design choice that customer service gets to lecture me about. It is simply a badly fitting, badly sized item that looks ridiculous in real life. And yet they kept acting as though I was the problem. They kept repeating that the item was “not designed to have a slim fit,” as if that somehow explains away the fact that it looked like a shapeless sack. There is a huge difference between a relaxed fit and a dress that hangs like a bag and bears no resemblance to how a wearable garment should sit on a person. Trying to gaslight a customer into believing that something this obviously wrong is just a matter of styling preference is beyond unprofessional. When I pointed out that the fit was completely off, they still refused to process the return. When I made it clear that there was no smaller size to exchange it for, they still kept pushing an exchange. When I sent photos showing the poor quality and the actual appearance of the item, they still denied that there was any issue. At every step, the response was the same: deflect, repeat policy, avoid refund. It honestly felt like they had no intention of addressing the problem fairly from the beginning. The quality itself was also extremely disappointing. The item looked cheap, badly made, and nowhere near what you would expect for the price. The whole experience felt like paying boutique prices for something that looks like cheap AliExpress dropshipping. That is exactly what it felt like: inflated branding on top of low-grade clothing, followed by customer service whose entire job seems to be stopping customers from getting their money back. What makes this even worse is the tone of the replies. They were dressed up as polite, but completely useless. That fake-friendly customer service language only made the situation more infuriating, because behind all the “we sincerely apologize” and “we hope you understand,” they were doing absolutely nothing to solve the problem. It was just empty wording wrapped around a flat refusal. There was no genuine attempt to listen, no common sense, no accountability, and no respect for the customer. A decent company would have handled this in a straightforward way: customer receives items, fit is clearly wrong, no smaller size exists, return is requested immediately, issue resolved. Instead, this shop chose to argue, patronize, and hide behind scripted responses. They even tried to dictate what the dress should look like on my body, which is honestly outrageous when the garment was objectively enormous and unwearable. This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had in a long time. Everything about it felt shady: the quality, the sizing, the refusal to process a reasonable return, the endless copy-paste messages, and the complete unwillingness to deal with the issue honestly. A company that behaves like this does not deserve trust. I would never order from them again, and I strongly recommend that others stay away. There are too many online stores out there to waste money on one that sells poor-quality clothes and then fights this hard to avoid taking them back.

BEWARE!

They use photos of designer clothes made of quality material and send you poor quality fakes. I emailed them requesting a refund after I did a reverse google search and figuring this out when my order was poor quality. They refused the return only offering $5 and store credit. Had to file a chargeback to my credit card. I did end up getting my $ back and kept the item (dont want) due to their deception.
