Es wird auf der Homepage angegeben dass 14 Tage Rückgaberecht besteht, aber als ich die per Mail angeschrieben habe, wie es auf der Hompage verlangt wird, haben die sich geweigert und immer die gleichen mails geschickt, wo sie sagen, dass sie es nicht zurücknehmen können, obwohl ich all meine Beschwerden ausführlich gelistet hatte. It honestly couldn’t be worse… an absolute disappointment. I even paid almost €20 for express shipping because I needed the dresses on time — yet they arrived far too late, meaning the delivery time was not respected at all. And we don’t even need to start talking about the quality. I have never seen such disgusting, poorly made pieces in my life. They smell terrible and completely irritated my skin — everything was itching just from touching them. Total garbage. The only thing worse than the quality is the customer service. It is stated on the website that there is a 14-day return policy. However, when I contacted them by email, as instructed on the homepage, they refused to accept the return and kept sending the same repetitive messages saying they cannot take it back — even though I clearly listed all my complaints in detail.

When I tried to cancel the delayed item, I was told returns were only allowed if products were defective, which contradicts their published return policy. Communication was inconsistent, and I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. TRASH! Do not order from this company. I paid 60$ for an item that was described as "luxe" and it was literally something I could have paid 6 dollars for on shein. When I asked for a refund explaining I wasnt happy with the item, they would not accept my return because the looks threads "could be cut with scissors and its part of mass production" not only that but the item I got was not same same as the photo. It was a cheap knockoff. This is not how you treat customers! A return should have been immedately accepted and my card refunded. Its a total scam and I hope you dont get screwed like I did.
