The experience was very positive. I needed to move just a limited number of boxes from my late mothers home in england to my home in italy. Within 10 days it was all done, with no hazzle at all and I was guided along the way in a moment very distressful for me.

I contacted Bolliger to request a quote and received it almost immediately. Not only was the process quick and smooth, but the quote was also much more competitive than others I had received.
From the very beginning, the team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Once I accepted the quote, I was put in touch with the team handling my move, and throughout the entire process they were always available, proactive, and accommodating. Due to external circumstances, I had to reschedule both the pickup and, once my belongings arrived in the UK, the delivery several times. Each time, they handled everything with great flexibility and understanding, always adapting to what worked best for us.
When the delivery finally took place, the team on site was outstanding: efficient, professional, and extremely careful. They did an excellent job bringing everything into the new apartment and made the whole experience stress-free.

They should definitely speak with each other cause I think there is a problem on comunication or I have to think they do that on purpose.
We got quoted for 3.900, for all of our stuff including forniture. The week before they came we ask them if we could add 4 boxes and they agreed, at the when our stuff was already with them they told us that we had to give 5000 instead cause of extra things we add, when we actually told them that we only add 4 boxes how was possible that price increase that much they said we add mattress which wasn’t included. Even after explain to the lady that we did a video call and we show everything she explain to us that the price that they give you is an estimation not final price as they have to see how much space your stuff take in van.

Don’t believe them , they give you price then charge you for way more thinking people are stupid.
Also they didn’t manage with care my stuff they put a seat of sofà on top of my table and they Break it , i mean is common sence you don’t put a sofà on top of table, without obviously counting the boxes with fragile item , all got broken. AWFUL SERVICE, SCAMMING PEOPLE, just go for something cheaper you will have same treatment.
We recently moved back from London to Italy and decided to use Bolliger, which we happened to see on some Instagram ads years ago (so I decided to save the name of the company back then).
The staff is really friendly and helpful throughout the whole process (packing fragile items, shipping updates). They also made sure that our good would arrive on a specific week we requested. Overall amazing experience and couldn't recommend more!
