Very disasapointing. Ordered my girlfriend a sidewalk film festival in bham shirt from bonfire. I ordered one for her last year so did NOT expect a problem. This year the shirt arrived with a product defect. The hem is undone where it ravels. I had to show it to her.as she had been so excited for it to arrive. I showed my sister. Her friends were over. Said Defect.I reported this defect to Missfire.i was right I did not have just a problem I had a found a slow walk bureaucratic hassle. Delay. Minimize. It stands out in a bad way.Customer service can be good or it cannot be. You decide. Can always recognize when it is not just like from the hospital. Email from Missfire tonight was trying to imply that it does not Seem like too big of a problem. A defect. It is a problem on arrival to us. Shirt new in the bag. A defect. Can never be washed. A defect. I am reaching out to the organization who I was supporting to let them know my experience. Missfire from Bonfire instead of being Surefire.Will NEVER order from you again. Last note.My first time using trust pilot to review an experience. On google I have reviewed for years to help people simply make better informed decisions.

Well, I ordered quite a while ago and the beautiful t-shirt came while we were evacuated due to fire. I had taken only a few clothes not expecting it to last 2 weeks, but this shirt gave me something lovely to wear. Thanks
