What people say
Bon Pergola stands out for quality and customer service second to none…
Bon Pergola stands out for its solid build, clean modern design, and integrated features like motorized louvers and smart controls that make the space usable in almost any weather. What really makes the difference, though, is the company itself responsive, supportive, and willing to stick with you through issues and make things right. That combination of quality product and strong customer support is what people remember most.

Hi Christine, As always! Doing our best to make the overall experience enjoyable. Enjoy your pergola!
Great service
Great service. Beautifully designed. Only issue was glass doors where shipped instructions differ from online instructions. My installer used the packaged instructions which causes the doors and frames to be reversed. That means locking mechanisms are on the outside, not inside the Pergola. We now must rotate the doors and frames 180 degrees. Still love it however!

Installation instructions were spot on
Installation instructions were spot on. Every component was used, nothing left over. It is now much easier and comfortable to sit in our backyard on our newer patio without overheating in the middle of the day.

We like the storage shed and we were…
We like the storage shed and we were able to assemble it in a single day. It would help if the English plans were more detailed. Without the larger and more detailed Japanese plans and the video we would have had some issues. The English plans only printed on one page and we couldn’t enlarge them for printing.

Best Customer Service
David helped us with our barrage of questions and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We had called other places for quotes and even if we were able to get a better price we still would have chosen Bon just from the simple fact that they are so informative and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. No AI here! 😊 And very happy with our pergola.

Bon Pergola's CS is the best
Bon Pergola's CS is the best. As a contractor that is imperative with us to work with a company that stands behind thier product. We had a product issue and after trouble shooting, they sent us the new part which fixed the issue. The Pergola is well made and worth the investment.

Yodoko shed
The Yodoko shed is relatively easy to install. There was not sufficient amount of the shelf clips provided. I had 4 shelves and 4 shelf rails in the package, however, I was able to install only 2 shelves with the provided shelf clips. The company, Bon Pergolar was very responsive to my request and sent me additional shelf clips for free. Great company and very good product/shed
