They DO pay, but from my experience it takes a while. I rented a car from Hertz and the windshield cracked. Cost to repair was around $200. Hertz wanted immediate payment, so I paid out of pocket. However, I was eventually reimbursed. Bonzah explained there was some mix-up over my address (?). As a result, I took a break from using them, but I'm back, purchasing their insurance again.
