I accidentally booked the wrong dates for my reservation and the team was very helpful and happy to edit and fix my reservation! I wish I could remember his name but the young man who helped me was very helpful and informative! This was my first time ever booking a hotel so I was stressed out when I realized I mixed up my dates but relieved when it was fixed no issue!
It was self explanatory & easy to follow. I was the one that made the mistake. Will know better next time.
All booking went okay however I still haven’t gotten a confirmation email.

I want to book through the hotel directly, not a service. It is too difficult to know where I will land, and I am unhappy because it is too hard to determine what the cancellation policy is.
