Gave me a voucher, immediately after I booked, I realized I had the wrong date. I did rebook, but would no longer let me have a refundable room, and the price doubled.

Online I booked a king room with ocean front view and paid extra for that. Upon arrival to the hotel, what was reserved for us was 2 queens with sunset view (parking lot). This is an anniversary trip…so disappointing this 3rd party company dropped the ball.

The room was booked giving false information about check-in time. I was told I could check in at 11am. I could not and was told 4pm from the property. I verified this with Palek and I was told not the actual truth. It's bull crap. I'll never recommend such wretched customer service ever again
