I love online bookstores!
I love books, and I appreciate an online bookstore for the singular reason of not having to deal with dour (meaning there is a coal turning to diamond somewhere) sales people. Your efficiency and intuitive search-and-buy clicks is all I need.

Less bubble wrap and more paper bubble wrap
It was great. It was well packaged and nothing was broken or torn. Although the bubble wrap might be a bit too much, but it was still easy to open.
