Manual server choice is not working for app or browser sessions. Contacting support let to answer "sorry this game is not supported on Swedish server cause of maintanace", I tried multiple games, it is already 2 weeks after still not even 1 game from my 50 tested is working there(according support). Sessions always goes to Germany or Bratislava. Max tier subscription service... shame
Compared to GeforceNow, the latency is still a bit behind. But the main reason why I use Boosteroid is the availability of games that can‘t be found on other cloud gaming services. As of now it’s also free of any monthly time limit. I used to have an issue with full screen not working in RDR 2. After contacting support, I received assistance and detailed answers which helped me to solve the issue which I’m very grateful for.
I want to thank Boosteroid suport team for being very prompt with the issue that I had, I could not play Dlc's in Ghost Reckon wildlands, I reported the issue and in 2 working days the problem was solved, and they are really nice people and polite The subscription service is cheaper than the Gf Now and I love that they don't have a 100 hours/month I have no problems with lag either
Dude if you have a decent computer but wanna play those high end games this is the place to do so i have bearly any issues and when i do the support live chat is AMAZING! like they are GREAT! also the name is pretty decent

Just coming here to share my experience. Decided to try Boosteroid b/c I'm tired of Nvidia 100 hours and paying more when I go over. No limits seemed appealing and I don't care about absolute maximum quality, but it does need to playable. No free trial. Okay. Tried the connection test several times before getting sub. It said everything was gravy! Sub to 4 month deal and download desktop app. Nowhere near as clean logging into Steam as GFN. That's fine. I don't mind typing password and putting in codes each time if I don't have a 100 hour limit. But then, I get logged in and it has failed to sync properly with steam and wiped the UI in the one game I use. Big ouchie number one. Oh well... I can redo my UI. Try to play and the input lag was unbearable. Quality of stream was totally fuzzy to where it hurt my eyes. Check the connection, says it's terrible. Okay... maybe it was the auto detect thing. Test connection on website again, says I'm fine. Go ahead and switch to the data center that is not even 3 miles from my location instead of auto. Try again. Same absolute trash. Again, I am literally less than 3 miles from the Boosteroid data center. Cancel sub. Of course no refund policy to go with their no free trial. Don't get bait and switched like I did. Website connection test will tell you that you're great. App runs like dogwater. As much as I hate continuing to pony up for GFN, I kinda hope Boosteroid fails so folks don't have to go through what I did and now be ~$35 and get nothing out of it with no recourse due to their policies. The business model and poor performance make it clear to me that this is a money grab. Don't get your money grabbed like I got mine.
Hello everyone Avoid Boosteroid at all costs! I want to share my deeply frustrating experience with this platform. It is completely unbelievable that a cloud gaming service in 2026 still refuses to offer a free tier, a proper trial session, or any basic way to test how the service actually works before demanding that users spend their hard-earned money. Instead of letting potential customers see what they are buying, they force everyone straight into expensive subscriptions right from the start. To make matters even worse, the overall performance and server stability leave a lot to be desired, especially during peak hours when you actually want to sit down and relax. Many games stay stuck in endless maintenance for months, and their review score is artificially inflated to hide their real issues. Avoid buying subscriptions or using this platform until they radically change their approach, respect their users, and fix these anti-consumer practices. One star is all it deserves

Great service for someone like me who is disabled and unable to afford a really high end machine similar to what they offer. A large variety of old and new games guarantees you'll never be bored and will be able to play your library of games. Would recommend to others who either can't afford current pc prices or people who like me are disabled and run games on a laptop.
I love Boosteroid, truly. Here in Brazil, buying a mid-range gaming PC costs over 10 minimum wages. Despite that, we have a good internet connection. With Boosteroid, I can play any game on ultra by paying annually what would just be an installment for a mid-range gaming PC. I was already using the service even before it came to Brazil with 150 ms, the service was that good. Now that I can run games in 4k ANYWHERE with just 10ms, I am extremely satisfied. I've already recommended the service to everyone around me; about 5 people have already used it and loved the service too. I have zero desire to buy a console/gaming PC after getting to know Boosteroid. For me, nothing beats the fact that I can start a game on the living room TV and if I get tired I can simply open the game on my laptop or even on my phone and continue right from where I left off, and still running the game in 4k/120fps. It's the best cloud gaming service I've ever tried and the only one I kept paying for because it's truly worth it
My experience on a brand new Apple iMac 16gb RAM: Boosteroid is absolutely garbage, input delay is out of this world, and god forbid you play a game like Fortnite or CSGO when the servers are busy - they are unplayable. Nothing can fix the input delay, and the streaming quality becomes unrecognizable on busy servers. To make it worse, no refunds accepted. Buy "NVIDIA GEForce NOW" mid/top tier.

Been 9 months since I subscribed to Boosteroid. Been having a blast ever since. Fluidity and responsiveness reminds me of Onlive when that was a thing ages ago.
I opened up a ticket because I thought the resolution of the session was a lot lower compared to others so I contacted support they helped and investigated but couldn't really find the issue and before I replied I decided to re check the resolution comparing other players screenshots of their actual local PCs and comparing Nvidia and boosteroid sessions and I realized they looked the same so in the end it was apperently my monitor which gave out the low resolution I replied back explaining and apologizing and after all of that they were still very helpful and supportive
