Shocking. Buy a subscription. Okay for first few hours. Log in and new update available. Do so now can't play..... Tried customer support. Go through the absolutely crap ai thing. Finally get a customer service representative ( probably still a bot ) 5 mins to type 1 message, reply was to record the screen. You can only upload 20 mb. After the 5 mins off ai bill crap. So had to cut it down to side. Another 5 mins off the ai to reach a customer service representative. Uploaded clip. Reply was will hand this over to technical dept. Money robbing SCUM..

My primary platform for gaming
My primary platform for gaming. I don't need to care about devices, I don't want to care about hardware, I just care about my Internet connection & games in my library.
Profit > customer service
I will not be going back to Boosteroid because the company does not understand, that helping their customers with simple requests instead of lecturing them on the T&C is a surefire way to lose a customer. I had a 6 months subscription running, then life got busy and i couldn't play anymore. Forgot even that i had a subsription running. Then the notification, that they deducted the next 6 months from my card. I immediately send them an e-mail: [Quote] I know, that a refund period of 14 days with digital services is not required. In this case i am just asking kindly, because i was not aware of the auto renewal and will be unable to use your awesome product within the next months. Thus i am asking, whether you can cancel and refund on goodwill. As you can see in my account, i havn't logged into a gaming server for months :( Thanks for your consideration and best regards" [End Quote] A good company would say ok, this customer asks nicely, we can see in the system he has not used the service in months and the subscription just renewed. Let's be human, give him back his money, he'll return. A profit-hungry company which does not care about it's users would answer this: [Quote] Hello! Thank you for contacting us. As you know, according to our Terms and Conditions, we will not issue a refund as soon as a subscription is activated and used. As specified in clause 10.4, most of our subscriptions are recurring, and you can cancel the subscription if you don’t want to renew it. If you do not do that, you will be automatically provided with the next subscription, and no refund will be possible. Unfortunately, we will have to deny your request. [End Quote] I hope, you enjoy your 6 months of free money but be sure that i will not be coming back and will not recommend your service to anyone.

Worst customer service I've ever met
I contacted customer support, specifically an agent named MoonDust, to ask why the app isn't available on the LG Store. The response felt cold and unhelpful. Instead of providing a clear explanation or possible solution, they placed the blame on LG, which I found to be unprofessional. The support experience itself was also disappointing. The agent wasn't particularly friendly, and each reply took around 10 minutes, making the conversation unnecessarily slow. I would rate the customer support 0/10. The service also doesn't offer a free trial, which makes it difficult to test before paying. In comparison, cloud gaming services like GeForce NOW offer free access to try the service first, and in my experience, they also provide better performance. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this service. It had some of the worst customer support I've personally dealt with.

very poor experience
very poor experience - do not let you choose the location, so you never get the low latency one - huge queue, have to wait 20-40 minutes to play - hundreds of technical issues, like no internet inside, launcher doesn't work - crappy and rude support, they don't care

Choosing the preferred server manually is also possible as part of the Ultra Pro features. In case there is a higher load on the servers, you may be connected to a further server or placed in a queue. My boosteroid experience
I am from Africa, where affording a PC with our electric bills is a luxury. So Boosteroid has been the answer I was looking for. It's the only reason I play PC games, and the fact that I don't get daily limits and I can play indefinitely until my subscription runs out still feels unreal. it is clean, reliable, has a good amount of games, and has a support team that actually works. it is a seamless experience for anyone. Definitely recommend
High latency, but still perform
Im from malaysia..but yeah i decide to give this a go eventhough i know that the latency going to be high.. i play with 167 ms and 20-100 mbps(depending on my device) and i would say it is very great gameplay compared to the other competitor .. (ive tried the other competitor, waiting time all high, pricing plan suck and limited game list) So yeah compare to that.. i rather take boosteroid.. i really wish boosteroid can expand it data center to south east asia(especially malaysia, singapore, indonesia) .. it would be really great if we can have that.
The best streaming service on the market
I've been using them for almost a year now and I must say they're the best in the market right now. Good prices (and you can get special discounts every now and then from their events), great performance (some games like multiplayer can lag a bit, but that's understandable, they do mention this in their FAQ), and above all great customer support. Overall I'm a happy customer and hope to continue being their customer as they continue offering an awesome product.
A complete scam
A complete scam, they show you a big screen with play now, once you click on it they ask you to pay to play and once you have paid they ask you to connect a steam account and buy the game. Nothing has been specified about that before. So you just want a refund 5 min after having subscribed and obviously they explain you that you cannot be refunded. I do not get the point to sell you a game that you have to buy again just after, I will just go on my ps5 and buy it. A complete scam ( mainly for the lake of informations before purchasing the subscription). Be careful..

Boosteroid is really good
Boosteroid have very good services. Updates and improving of the app are coming regularly for more stable work. The one thing that I am excited about is the support team. They always connect to the chat right away even in the middle of the night and trying their best to resolve your problem. Definitely would recommend!

Thy are the best
I literally pray for Boosteroid's creators' health every day because they made my whole new hobby possible. I'm a forever mac user and have no intentions to switch both to pc or a console to play games. Then I discovered boosteroid and my life literally changed, I'm not kidding. The Last of Us particurarly became my obsession and all because of boosteroid. It works perfectly every time and it's REALLY cheap. Thank you guys for your job, you are amazing.
