I love this service
I love this service! I was never able to play the games I wanted since hardware is very expensive in the country I live, and now Boosteroid made that possible. I recommend and wish the best to them!
WARNING
WARNING! They do NOT do refunds! I paid up and tried playing through the TV app last night, playing Arc Raiders, and the lag was horrendous, was completely unplayable. When I went to the site to ask for a refund, they took great pleasure in repeatedly stating everywhere that as it is a digital service, once subscribed and used, there is no refund. As a business owner that is a clear scam because no actually, if you are not providing the service the customer has paid for, they absolutely should get a refund, and as a digital service, if they use it for 20 minutes but have paid for a whole month, you are profiting from them not using it again for the entire rest of that month so you are scamming them. So yeah - I see no way of subscribing to give it a go with the support of a refund if it doesn't work out for your setup - they will just take your money. Oh and worse than that actually: I tried the live chat, and they hit me with a generic response to install more software to test the computer and provide a session ID. I asked how I do that on the TV, and they closed the chat!!!!!!!! Absolute scam if you are unfortunate enough to not get a good service. Oh, and apparently, according to Grok, there are loads of regular complaints about this out there, and that they ilmit stream rates to 15mbs to 20mbs anyway. I found that out because I have 1gb internet, like it actually hovers around more like 1100mbs and the TV is connected by ethernet so yeah, not my system. I'm livid because to be just completely dismissed just because it is a digital service is a breach of Trading Standards in the UK and I will be reporting them. Update edit - as you can see from their response, they ADMIT IT!!! I have 1100mb internet, a brand new very expensive TV, and super high quality cabling. It's not an unstable connection, it is spammy service, and this proves it. What kind of company responds to a review like this, by doubling down and ignoring the content of the actual complaint!? How dare they just assume it's my fault! I reported all of the specs and they are still doing it!

Is it possible to rate zero stars?
I changed my virtual credit card due to banking issues. I had a promotional subscription price, but I lost access and was forced to cancel my subscription because—in the year 2026—there is no option to change the payment method. It’s apparently too advanced for Boosteroid. I opened a support ticket, as I felt it wasn't fair to have to pay more for this, but they were uncompromising. Okay, I cancelled and looked for another service, but then I received an email from them asking me to leave a positive review here in exchange for a 15% discount. Given how I was treated, I am exposing this here because I found it disrespectful. The price I was paying was MUCH lower than the 15% discount they are now offering. Furthermore, it is their fault for not having the option to change the payment method—every other platform in the world has this feature. Are they even living in 2026? And they came to offer me a discount for a positive review? How does that make sense? I’m not an 'important client' to them, but I’m important for their ranking? So, here is the review. I can’t give them zero stars because it’s not an option, but I face huge queues in my country, freezes, and disconnections. The ONLY advantage they have over competitors is not having a monthly time limit, but even that isn't worth it.

Was skeptical about cloud based gaming…
Was skeptical about cloud based gaming but with a pc that struggles to play new games with friends I was suggested this. Very impressed with this service, connections have been solid and games play well. At times I've genuinely forgotten I wasn't running off my own machine because it felt so smooth.

It's really great! If my computer was a microwave, it wouldn't run the plate, but I still get to play very hard games in it as RDRII, BG3 and such with Boosteroid, and also through my cellphone!! And it has a server here in Brazil so i don't need to have a really incredible internet to play, which is great too. Also, the staff answer fast, respectfully and helps a real lot. Its a really great application, 5 stars!
