So let me say first and for most this is a great second option to geforce now and you have unlimited playtime with a good selection of game's and if you're like me and want to play some older cod title's you can but with my two experience's once last year and again today it seem's to me nothing has changed even after feedback. I think this platform could really be great for people who aren't willing to spend the money for a PC but want to enjoy PC game's. Now to what i see as the issue and what hasn't changed. When i gave feedback last year my complaint was that the game's felt choppy and it didn't run smooth fast forward to today and those same issue's persist. I hope they figure it out because like i've said it's a good service for it's price and competitive once they figure out those issue's!

Not a scam, but pretty disappointing.
UI works fine, but no being able to connect for a week at a time from EU makes it unusable. I have read that it works ok if you are located near one of their servers.
No trial period, no refunds "as soon as [your subscription] is activated" unless legally required. Trustpilot claims they have fake reviews. This is not how you run a friendly company, guys. Enjoy the 15 and someone who will not try your product again.

Being close to our servers surely makes the experience better. It's worth mentioning that every time you start a new session, the system automatically checks which available server has the lowest latency for the selected game and connects you there. Depending on the server load, you may be connected to a more distant one if the closest server to you is already loaded.
Nonetheless, it is recommended to check our connection improvement tips from the Help Center. Such tips help with the connection stabilization and should improve the experience.

very shit servers, i live in romania, my closest server has 10 ms and when i try to play rocket league it connects me to bratislava with over 25ms and litteraly unplayable. Please dont buy boosteroid, not worth it even if it's cheap

I have been waiting for the Boosteroid LG TV app to be available in my region for over half a year. Instead of providing real technical answers, their support team has been an absolute nightmare. During a recent live chat, the agents (ShiftSupernova and MoonDust) abruptly disconnected my session THREE consecutive times while I was explicitly told to wait for a manager. I sent a formal complaint via email (Ticket SO-14527) regarding this highly unprofessional behavior, and they have completely ignored me for days. They shift the blame to LG, disconnect chats to avoid helping customers, and ignore formal complaints. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Avoid them!

The only thing I can appreciate about the service is the price otherwise everything just plain sucks. I should have checked about a refund policy before I blindly jumped into the deep end on this service. If you live in the Charlotte area for some reason you connect to Jacksonville which has way better ping? It lags constantly while playing Diablo IV.. As much as the price of GeForce Now hurts the most of my worries was that their servers were down. Always do you research is all I can say because this shit sucks.
