Boosteroid is great
Good hardware, affordable plans and no stupid limits like on certain other cloud gaming platforms. Support is also always there to help. Can only recommend it if you are close enough of a datacenter!

I got Boosteroid so I could play…
I got Boosteroid so I could play Windrose during my free weekend, but the game has been down for maintenance the entire time. Meanwhile, it’s available without any issues on GeForce Now or steam — so this ended up being a complete waste of money.

Terrible
Terrible! Feels like some sort of beta experiment. Was hoping to find an alternative to GeForce NOW (with unlimited game time). But this is a total joke. Input lag, artifacts, choppy fps and stuttering. I have a very fast and stable connection but that seems to be Boosteroid's only line of defense for this atrocity. "It's your connection". Never had any problems with GeForce NOW. So for you people that are looking for a propper alternative, save your time. Unfortunately this ain't it.

Account Lost, Support Didn’t Help at All
Hello, I’m sorry to have to write this because I originally thought Boosteroid was a good service. Recently, I purchased a yearly subscription, but I made a mistake — I shared my account details with a friend who ended up betraying me, changing my password and email, and locking me out of my account. I immediately contacted live support, but I kept receiving the same response: “We’re sorry to hear about this situation. However, according to Section 5.3 of our Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.” I reached out multiple times. They told me my case would be reviewed and that I would be contacted soon, but I never received any follow-up. The next day, I contacted them again via live support and email, and my ticket was simply closed without any explanation. I find this approach completely unacceptable. I even provided valid proof of my subscription payment, and I believe that with proper support, this issue could have been resolved. I am extremely disappointed. The service itself might not be bad, but the customer support is terrible. As soon as you encounter a more serious issue, you’re on your own. To make matters worse, I was suddenly permanently banned from their Discord server without any explanation or warning. For me, Boosteroid is completely done. I lost my money, and I do not recommend this service. It may work fine as long as nothing goes wrong — but if it does, don’t expect any real help.
