I have been using Bosteroid for quite some time and i can say that i like this service, yeah there were some issues but support was quick to help. The only minus for me is there are some games that are not yet in their library despite another services having them. So it is safe to say that my overral expirience was positive, would recomend.
Horrible service with endless timeouts
Horrible service with endless timeouts, which I've never had with Geforce NOW. The worst part is that you can't even request a refund. NEVER AGAIN

Pay For 30 Days, Get To Play 12
I've run into nothing but issues while using this service. It works fine for awhile (maybe a week) then the games hardly run without lagging to the point of being unplayable. Then when that issue resolved itself a new one arises. Any time you take a technical issue to customer support they give you a runaround. They ask you to provide proof of the issues as if saying whats going on isnt enough and also ask the same questions over and over again. It feels like they're trying as hard as they can to deny the fact that any technical issues you're having are on your end and not theres, but even when you provide proof by showing the stream diagnostics and online controller tests, they claim they are "fixing the issue as fast as they can" If you ask for a refund because you're only able to utilize a small portion of the thirty days you pay for, they deny the possibility of a refund and continue to project any issues onto the user saying that any potential compensation can be discussed once the issue is determined to be on their end.

Fantastic for beautiful, accessible gaming
I use my PC for local AI workloads or for VR much of the time, so being able to use Boosteroid simultaneously for gaming is awesome. The network is sufficiently fast 98% of the time. I only play single player games though, so I can't speak to how well it performs for multi-player games. Your mileage may vary, of course, but I always recommend Boosteroid as it provides more value than GeForce NOW. I always run everything with full ultra graphics and my frames are great!
Poor platform, bad CS and fraudulent behaviour
This is a scam platform and worse than competitors in every way. Has less games than others and the overlay experience is much worse. What's inexcusable is that they will keep charging you for subscriptions even after you've already cancelled it. You never get reminders that you will be charged, you don't get reminders that you've cancelled the subscription. After i already cancelled one month, and clearly been told on the website it was cancelled, i proceeded to be charged again next month. I then contacted customer service who was useless and would refuse to refund even though the problem is with their system. I would avoid this platform at all costs Another note - there isnt even a menu where you can freely remove your payment card information. These chancers don't want you to control it so they can keep charging you indefinitely for a service you don't use The company replied with a bunch of non sense. I cancelled the subscription a long time ago and continued to be charged. Useless, avoid. They have still not dealt with my GDPR account deletion. Also note they say they have no control over removing your card’s details??? Are these people insane? Avoid this company PLEASE

We constantly update our game catalogue with new games, thus if your desired game isn't available yet, we would be happy to know the game title and its launcher. In case a technical possibility to add a game arises, we'll definitely add it to our service. Most of our subscriptions are recurring, and you can cancel the subscription if you don’t want to renew it. If you do not cancel the subscription, you will be automatically provided with the next one, and no refund will be possible. There is no possibility of renewing a cancelled subscription on our service. Therefore, subscription cancellation requires confirmation on the site, and if this process isn't finished, it will remain active. In our system, we see that the subscription deactivation event was initiated from your account on the 9th of May, which is one day after the last renewal was made. After that, your subscription's status was changed to CANCELLED and won't be renewed anymore. As for the payment card information, such details aren't stored on our side as the payments are handled via third-party payment solutions. Once a cancellation request is initiated, such a solution forgets the required data for renewing the subscription, which is also the main reason why it's not possible to renew a cancelled subscription on our service. I’ve had multiple cloud gaming services…
I’ve had multiple cloud gaming services but decided to stick with only Boosteroid for the past year or so. Great selection of games and pricing is way better than competitors. I play through the app on my TV most of the time and it’s been working great. I’ve had one small issue with a game once in over a year and I reached out to the support and they fixed it within an hour. It was a Sunday and I would have been 100% fine with waiting for Monday.

Not working.
I downloaded Boosteroid to be able to play Hogwarts Legacy on my MacBook (I was told that it was the best option to be able to play it on Mac), but I am so disappointed! The game is not opening, and when it does (after I’ve had to wait for 20 minutes with a black screen) it is lagging, there is a lot of sound issues, and I am unable to end the session and get back out of Boosteroid.. I’ve checked my internet connection, and it is running as it should, with no disturbances or anyone else using it. My Mac is updated as it should too. Now I’ve lost almost 40$ to something that doesn’t even work! Their no-refund policy makes this a total scam! There was no option for a trial period, so I was unable to try it out before subscribing. Had I known this service was so bad, I would never have supported them at all. Had they offered a free trial (wouldn’t even have to be long, like 3 days would have been enough) I would maybe not have thought of them as scammers. I also feel like it is very suspicious that Boosteroid deletes reviews, because they ask for honest opinions, but they don’t want to hear it when we’re not satisfied with their service. In my opinion this is a total scam, and I will advise everyone to save their money for something that actually works! Well, this was MY honest, genuine review.

I have been using Boosteroid for months now, and I can certainly say this is one of the bests sites I have ever subscribed to. Affordable, their support team is very professional and always ready to assist. I reported two problems today and they immediately started to fix it. They listen to their community which is something a lot of companies lack. Can confirm they are worth it.
I love Boosteroid
I love Boosteroid, they're cheap, reliable and user friendly. I've been using it a couple months and sure sometimes i can get a crash or two but its so rare i hardly call it an issue. The games run pretty good and i can even connect my Xbox library. I have to brag about the customer service for a sec. I had an issue with Arc Raider crashing because of the new update, I never contacted them before so i wasn't expecting them to fix it so fast but they did twice! So thank you again i hope your business keeps thriving
