Boosteroid has gotten better
When I first got Boosteroid I was quite annoyed with the service. Input lag unstable framerates and issues with controllers not being recognized. Over the past year the service has improved greatly, I use it to play all the games that are not available on GeForce Now. If you use either of these services I recommend to go with the annual plans because of the substantial savings
DO NOT BUY. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN! GAMES ARE MISSING!
Edit: Boosteroid did offer me a partial refund of 21€ (3 out of 4 months) after I nicely asked to elevate my complaint case to a person in charge. 3 stars for now I guess. Bought a 4 month subscription to play ARK: Survival Ascended over the summer, so my gaming computer does not heat up my apartment to much. After paying the $35 I went on to install the one game I wanted to play. However, only then I realized that the current ARK is not among the installable games. I tried to install the old version ARK: Survival Evolved to check if it is a system error and aborted the installation within the first couple of minutes. No problem I though. Just contact the support and ask for a refund since it is an honest mistake that can happen every day. So I wrote to the support team and the answer I got is that "they refuse to give me a refund whatsoever since my subscription has been used". It has been used for under 5min on a 4 months plan! To try to install a game. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PAY THIS COMPANY A DIME! Honest mistakes happen. I am not saying that I was scammed. Chat GPT falsely promoted their service for my ARK: Survival Ascended and I bought in without checking. Their TOS apparently mention that they can not give a refund after their service was use (5min! WOW!) It sure as hell feels like I got scammed and I will never ever use this company or their services again!
Limited support for 3rd patry platforms
Later Edit: Your reply only manages to piss me off even more, as you make it sound like I didn't check game support before I signed up. AC Valhalla is shown as fully supported, same as AC Brotherhood, AC2, AC3, AC IV Black Flag, AC Mirage and AC Odyssey. What you're dodgy in communicating is that not all licenses are supported, and you only support Steam, and not the original developer, in this case Ubisoft. Will you at least admit to that? Unfortunately, they don't support the Ubisoft platform, and even if you've linked your Ubisoft with your Steam account (which is supported), any games purchased exclusively on Ubisoft will not show up on Boosteroid/Steam, effectively making you have to pay for the same game license again. I have complained about this to their customer support team minutes after having discovered all my Assassins Creed titles will need to be re-purchased to work on Boosteroid, which i was not willing to do, so i asked for a refund. 5 business days later they finally deemed to tell me that since the service had been used, they're not refunding anything. So now I'm stuck for the next 4 months with a shit service i can't use. GeForce Now is the much better option for anyone looking to pay for cloud gaming, and that's where I'm going to take my business.

Boosteroid has been awesome
Boosteroid has been awesome, it's always reliable, and it has all the games I want to play, there's never any queue time, and there's almost no latency or lag at all. I used to use Nvidia GeForce Now, but have made the switch and don't regret a single second of it!
The customer service is absolutely amazing.
The customer service is absolutely outstanding. It is easy and quick to connect to a Live Agent, and everyone I have spoken to so far has given me GREAT support. I have asked for Early Access games to be added, which they have, and when it comes to the product itself, it is absolutely flawless. My games run amazingly on both my Android phone, and Samsung TV, and I will continue to use Boosteroid instead of investing in a PC. Amazing.
The Best Cloud Gaming Service on the Market
It's a great service that provides you with powerful rigs to play your desired games, in my case, it allowed me to play both KCD games and RDR2 at maximum settings and excellent FPS, so it's a great choice if you don't have a pc powerful enough to play these high end games. :)

In general Boosteroid is awesome, has very strong machines and it updates fixing bugs and problems that might occur. Support is really helpful and fast. The prices rose a little but anyway that's not a big change.
Good performance. good service
I have had a great experience with them. Performance from central europe is good (at least playing 1920x1080). Support is fast and friendly. I would like a linux flarpak - but I guess they are not there yet. Their AppImage is self updating and works very well. Overall, a great experience. Calculating the costs - cheaper than maintaining a gaming PC.

I've been using this company for a while since I'm unable to purchase a good PC currently. Baldurs Gate 3 has been my gateway and playing ESO sealed the deal. Having no session maximum time and other stops like GeForce is really a gamebreaker
Top service and top support!
i don't usually do this kinda a thing but i use boosteroid almost every day and the service is top notch. The reason i leave the comment is that it's the second time i must contact the support team and they're really patient, cool and quick to answer. I can't stress enough how good the service is and it's really cool to not be forced to some ia chat for the support today, (well there is one, but if you're sure the faq doesn't have answer, it's still easy to get to the support)

Just awesome! Im having an awesome experience gaming through Boosteroid. My computer is an old Mac Mini 2014 and gaming on it (since finding Boosteroid) is just an amazing experience.

I reached out to support for a patch update on POE2 0.5.2. Within 2 mins, I received a reply! 10/10 ⭐️ I resubscribed to Boosteroid because I hit my GFN playtime cap but shortly after POE2 got patched so I couldnt play. I emailed them and the response is lightning fast! I used to use Boosteroid on my smart TV for gaming until GFN. But with GFN playtime cap, both my partner and I are now planning to switch to Boosteroid again since they offer UNLIMITED SESSION duration + no downloads and storage! Plus my graphics and gameplay with POE2 on Boosteroid is so much crispier and smoother now. So far I am not seeing any lags! You can also connect your steam account and your games will be available to play.
