I paid for their standard or basic subscription for one month for the strict reason of playing the game The Isle as my MacBook Pro does not support the game. Even though it initially launched, it would not allow you to switch to the modern map which everyone uses. At a frustration I reached out to get a refund and all they said was that it's an independent company that deals with that and there's no way that they can guarantee a positive response. Terrible.

I am very disappointed. My subscription was renewed automatically, and I didn’t realize it until the payment had already been taken. I also had trouble contacting support because the live chat didn’t work for me. This was a frustrating experience. I hope the company improves its customer support and makes auto-renewal more transparent.

Great prices, but....
Great prices, great hardware. Nothing like GeForce NOW, but for 1/3 of the price it is great.
Now, this is the second day only this week that I cannot play properly because I keep getting disconnected from my games, all the time, every few minutes. They confirmed on the chat it was something on their servers the first day. Today (the second day) the chat is disabled, I cannot even send a message to them.
The First Descendant got 2-3 days off this week due to maintenance. On the chat, they told me they could send me an email whey it come back - they did not.
And also The First Descendant even with a PERFECT connection has lags. P99 latency is 300ms+. Other games do not have this. Don't know why.

As for the maintenance end notification, we see that the agent hasn't finished the required procedure on their side, which resulted in such an annoyance. Rest assured, the agent was instructed on how to properly manage the notifications.

so far my experience has been great but of course sometimes errors might occur because nothing is perfect but i would highly recommend this for people who want to play games that they wouldn't be able to play otherwise and also the support team is super fast and helped me when i needed most.

Great concept, works pretty well
The service itself is a great concept and works pretty well if you have a good internet connection. The active communication about changes and construction could be improved, send a mail for example. Now I have to look for the right social media channel/search online for it if there is something wrong with the service or not. Some social media channels are a bit out of date. The chat support after you encounter some trouble is great and quick with offering solutions. For example: GTA came with a new DLC and I was in a session waiting for the update, but the virtual machine had not enough "disk space" allocated. Started a support chat, problem solved in 30 minutes, got a new session where the new update was installed and everything works.

Simply amazing
To be honest? It's amazing! 90% of the time the servers are stable, fast and simply work.
Compared to Nvidia the graphics are a bit worse but having unlimited play time makes it all so much better.
And the technical support is really good. Any issue and they fix it in minutes.
Not a 5 star since the graphics could be better but for the price I pay I should give it five stars.

this site is extremely horrible for people livig in south asia. they give you no notice that the closest servers are gonna be in italy and the lowest ping that you can get is 160. i would not buy this if u live in asia because almost every single game becomes unplayable at 160< ping and it is a waste of money

I'm a Brazilian user and computer parts in my country are too expensive for me. boosteroid helps me play a lot of games that i wouldn't be able to if i had to buy all those hardware. 10/10 experience.
Cheap, reliable, a lot of games in the library, unique games not present on other cloud services, been using it for over 2 years now. Highly recommended.
