Very disappointed with bootsdubai.us. It has now been 11 days since I placed my order and I still have not received any tracking number, shipping confirmation, or proper update. I contacted the team multiple times through WhatsApp and email and received no response at all. At this point, the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a company for basic order information after payment has already been taken. Because of the silence and failure to provide tracking details, I am now requesting a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will be escalating the matter through my payment provider and warning other buyers to be cautious. This has easily been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve dealt with.

The “Buy 2 Take 2” promotion seems misleading. I only received 2 items instead of 4. I contacted customer service and returned the items. After a week, the same items were sent back to me instead of a refund, and there was no explanation. Customer service is very slow and not helpful to their customers. Please avoid ordering from this online store. It is a waste of time and money.

Scamming and bad customer service

On february 17th i ordered my shoes and already payed and everything. They said delivery is gonna be from march 3rd to march 5th. Now its march 18th and i still havent even got a hint on where my order is. I tried contacting them and they just never respond. My shoes is literally no where to be seen and they have just taken my money. They are real scammers
