Boundless is there for you till after you pay. To try and get someone on the phone is next to impossible. They say they will be with you every step of the way till you pay. I spent over $1500 to have to listen to ai service. The hours of operation are worse than going to a bank. And they will try and sell you extra services which they don't tell you will be charged every month. Then refuse refund. They are not a scam but have useless customer service. Avoid unless you like paying for extra frustration.

Katherine always goes above and beyond to find the answers to any of the questions I throw at them. They have made this journey a lot less stressful to navigate.
This company relies on AI slop. I would fill out answers and I would get feedback that was clearly from something or someone that never read the answer that I gave when filling out the form.
I canceled my subscription to their service and now I get an email every single day that says thank you. First name last name your account is now expired.
This is a company that does not care about quality at all. Their primary goal is pushing shitty AI on to people that don't realize that they're not paying for actual people to review their cases. It was significantly longer to go through their system than to just read the requirements and put the material together.
Their software was buggy and difficult to use. Their instructions were unclear.
Cannot recommend less.

Better Off on your own that using this service or lack there of!!!
These people are no better at the Visa application than you can do yourself. They made lots of mistakes and our application wasn't as robust as it needed to be.
They sell on false claims of money back guarantee, and high success rate. Don't for for the BS find a good attorney in your area you can work with directly. Do your own research. Our boundless application was refused twice. Both times for insufficent infomation which I retrived from a FOIA request. Which lead to a second interview. Our consulate office had to change opinions three times and eventually sent our application back to USCIS for review and possible revocation. I requested my refund from Boundless here is they response.
"Refund Request Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund for the services provided. While I understand you feel Ping's immigration history was not effectively addressed, our Satisfaction Guarantee strictly excludes application returns, denials, or revocations that are rooted in a beneficiary's prior immigration history or complex admissibility issues. Because the consulate's decision is based on these historical factors, your case is not eligible for a refund."
We got the shaft, don't be fooled.
