I look forward to getting my bouq every month. I love that most months they last until the next one comes. Summer months are a bit harder to keep them all month but I still get to enjoy them for most of the month. I also like that I have a choice to change my bouq and pick what I want.

Good order experience except that the same day order was cancelled because no florist was available. Don't pretend that same day orders are available when they may not be.

Roses delivered were absolutely beautiful. I put them in a vase and added the ingredients. Three days later the roses drooped and started dying. I'm totally disgusted and very unhappy with the results of the delivery. I tried to send pictures but somehow you didn't receive them. I buy a lot of flowers and of course, this doesn't look good. If you can provide another way to send them, I'll do that. It's very disturbing to buy your wife anniversary flowers and they die.

The flowers I received were not the ones I ordered! Second time this happened they say I picked the let you decide! But I don’t do that! Plus the flowers were already mostly opened ! Not real fresh bouquet!

It was very easy to sign up and place the an order for delivery. And even better to have added discounts and monthly subscriptions deals. This was a n off the wall out of no where gift for someone I have no idea who they where. I am hoping that they got to the correct location and person. But if not the entire process was great for me.
