While the flowers we receive from the Bouqs company are very nice and last for well over 10 days, what I am most impressed with are the two customer service interactions I have had over the last 12 months. The bouquet of alstromeria was fair. The colors delivered were not as vibrant as pictured when ordering and did not last as long as anticipated (alstromeria are known for their statying power of 2 weeks or more, with water changes and stem cutting)

i really like the selections. packaging is generally effective. i decided to cancel my subscription though, because i simply live too remotely - an island in Maine. the travel/mail time was just too long and the flowers arrived dried up and tired most months.
