Overall very happy
The stainless felt more substantial than I anticipated, which helps the longevity given that small dings will be exaggerated in the reflection. Better suction compared with the previous over stove microwave I replaced. Rounded corners are also gracefully incorporated. I added additional screws to fortify the install, including into the rear bracket. Great value, would recommend.
Worst customer service ever
The product itself is nice, unfortunately it didn't work for me and I've been trying to return it for 2 weeks with no response from customer service!

The tracking information is kind of confusing but the product is arrived on time. The original package is damaged but luckily the range hood didn't damage. 😄
Product is value for money
Product is value for money. They sell high cfm range hood with baffle filters. Good for cooking that involves high smoke or vapors. Product support team respond well to enquiries.
