Over promise, can't deliver

Terrible service, confusing phone numbers, very poor phone quality - could hardly hear what the agent was saying. They waited to the last minute to double the quote and missed my requested pick update. Had to cancel and lost my deposit. Found another service right away with available carriers. Chose them based on on-line reviews.

This was the first time shipping a vehicle, and the worst experience I've had. I got quotes from many different carriers, I picked Brightway bc they were among the affordable ones. They quoted me $725. I messaged them back and asked if that was the final cost and no hidden fees, they responded with " yes, this is the final cost no hidden fees" I have it all on text. I'm like, ok cool. What do you need to get started, they required a $300 deposit, so I gave them the deposit. About 4 hours later, they send me an email saying the price went up to $2500. WTF?! I call them and asked what happened to the original price, he said it was just a quote. I was pissed. I told him to refund my deposit and I'll find a more honest company to deal with. He then said the deposit is non-refundable...motherfkr. So now I'm stuck right. After arguing on the phone with them, he said he'll find a cheaper carrier and get back to me. The next day he sends an email saying, ok we got a cheaper guy that will do it for $1540. I'm like ok, guess I'll go with them, I mean what else am I supposed to do? So he sends me the contract and I sign and return it. Even though I'm still pissed, everything's taken care of right? So I thought. The carrier picks up my vehicle and the next day I get another email saying the price went up to $2100. I'm ready to lose it at this point. After signing the first contract, he wants me to sign another contract. Isn't that illegal? Anyway...I had to agree at that point, I mean they have my vehicle. If I refused to pay what they wanted, they'd bring it to a yard and charge me for storage fees until I pay it. This whole shipping industry is so full of shit it's pitiful. My advice to anyone who reads this is DO NOT use a broker, deal directly with the actual driver or the company doing the transport. And to top it off, Brightway said after I receive my vehicle, they'll file a lawsuit with the carrier to get the money from the first contract to the second contract and refund me the difference. Yeah right, fkn lying sac of shit

Booked this company to ship my…2020 Can Am Spyder

Booked this company to ship my motorcycle from VT to SD 9 months in advance. I kept in contact with Anna Scott and Kevin Miller for the details on the driver till the day of pick up. Still haven't seen a transport driver or heard from them as to when one will arrive. Im on a deadline for it to be there by a certain Date. Poor communication from all at Brightway Logistics LLC. Now 2 days late and no driver!!

I was a little hesitant about trusting a brokerage company to transport my vehicle across the country, but Brightway Logistics exceeded my expectations. Although the final price was adjusted from the original quote, Emma stayed in touch with me every step of the way and kept me informed throughout the entire process. My vehicle was delivered on time, and the driver was professional, courteous, and handled everything with care. My car arrived safely and in excellent condition. I truly appreciate the great communication and reliable service. I would definitely use Brightway Logistics again and recommend them to anyone needing vehicle transportation!

Do NOT use this company they give u a cheap quote and never find a driver I tried to get my deposit back and they said they refunded me my money and never did they lied n are bad for business trust me u are better off with a company that doesn’t require a deposit these companies are scams
