This is an amazing help for my 16 yr old. We have used Brilliant to supplement teaching, and it was a great help to my Sophomore. We would strongly recommend.

I spoke to their representatives to stop charging my bank account as i cannot do this as i no longer have access to the associated google play account. They said it was impossible and continue to extract money from my account. AVOID THIS SLIMY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Brilliant.org is the best learning web (in my opinion) and this is my only lifelong learning app tbh. This website (or app) has many ineractive courses to learn. I have nothing to say more but this is perfect for the ones who are finding a good learning experience are lifelong learners. Best regards, Nam

Very good app. I used it for a while. I also had a billing issue, which the support team handled very quickly and helped me resolve.
a nice app and it would be better if more advanced contents
It was a really nice app! I was looking forward to learn STEM after graduation. I do not care much about scores but I truly wanted to learn something new and is true and hardcore STEM. I found Brilliant and it was like a gift for me. The weakness is that it would be better if offers more advanced content in math and CS. Like discrete math and linear algebra or the hardware of AI Infra. I really think it is a good way to spend time learning.
Outstanding customer service
Brilliant is a great app to dive in headfirst and learn something new or simply brush up on skills when you have the time. Their customer service is great too! I meant to cancel because I can’t use it as much as I like right now but forget before my subscription renewed. I reached out and they had no problem in reversing it and helping to cancel my subscription. When I have the time again I will definitely come back to this all!

Confusing to cancel subscription
After doing a few exercises, I did not like the interface. That didn’t bother me, but when I went to cancel, they referred to a page that didn’t exist, and I had to search around to find. It felt very scam-y to me.

Brilliant got my pre-course knowledge organized and evaluated with hill skill. The first course set fit my initial needs and created significant leverage and grow going forward. I had an account subscription term issue and then got back with me right away via thoughtful support with the appropriate options. I'm very happy with Brilliant, ****** 5 stars *****
Unique way to learn. It's Brilliant.
I have a premium subscription and loving it. I'm on a 361 day streak, meaning that I've been playing or using Brilliant for 361 days continuously and will continue to do so for the whole 365 day subscription. Why? It is obvious. I'm curious and it is very engaging. Brilliant struck it on the head: this is how learning occurs: stress free, experiential and self directed. And their customer service is brilliant too. I have a request though. Please consider producing courses on Physics for young learners. Emphasis is on young learners. Why Physics? Like Maths, this subject has eluded lots of people while growing up. Your platform and expertise are ideal to making this a reality. Perhaps you can resurrect Science Foundation and Everday Physics from your archives. Please. I'll be renewing my subscription for another 365 days in 5 days time. Thanks.

The product is very good. Helped me so much on my journey of FullStack Ai Engineering. On top of that they have great customer service. Always available and always helpful. Would highly recommend. Take care.
Great Support Team and Useful App
Really engaging material and presentation. When I was using it, Brilliant had me hooked a bit trying to get a high streak. I fell out of it as we do many things and forgot to cancel. Didn’t have the most hope but they confirmed a refund the same day I requested. Impeccable support team! Would try again if I have desire!
Good customer support
Good customer support, even though it was to cancel on the day it auto-renewed! I haven't been using the app. Many vendors make it super hard to cancel. Not Brilliant, so they get points for me from that. I would definitely consider using the app in the future.
