Negative experience with Brilyte
I purchased a red BL1 flashlight directly from Brinyte’s website. The unit was defective on arrival. It would occasionally turn on but then flicker out, then wouldn’t turn on at all. THEY ASKED ME TO SEND A VIDEO. Of a non working flashlight of all things!?!? I contacted Brinyte support multiple times over 4 weeks and received no response. No troubleshooting help, no replacement, no refund. I even tried to message their customer service on LinkedIn. This review isn’t about a defect — defects happen. It’s about lack of customer support! Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying directly from Brinyte.

The prototype is called BRINYTE PT 18 OATHKEEPER. It is a torch built very well and with excellent materials (High-strength aerospace aluminum alloy 6061-t6) also the anodization deserves praise, (Mil-Spec hard anodized grade III for extreme durability) the Cree xhp35 led is perfectly centered on the reflector very well designed, it allows an excellent balance between spill and spot, maintaining a powerful shot !! I hope this excellent model of BRINYTE PT 18 OATHKEEPER torch will be traded soon.
