Zero stars more appropriate. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. We purchased 3 x MOR Atmospheric visibility sensors from Renke. All 3 were extremely badly packed and all 3 badly damaged. The sensors are so badly deformed in shape they are unable to be re-aligned, and Renke will not provide any test procedures or calibration to try and rectify issues. Renke will not replace the sensors and REnke refuse to support us with them. Renke were extremely hard to deal with after 2+ months of chasing them. Communications is very poor. Responses lack the information requested and they refuse to provide details to allow the sensors to be repaired to a usable state. We replaced the 3 x Renke sensors with OTT Hydromet equipment because we could not wait any longer for our experiments. No issues with the OTT equipment as it was packed well and of significantly higher build quality and support.

After you reported the condition of the sensors, our colleague promptly assisted you in contacting the shipping company to pursue a damage claim. We also provided calibration instructions and a proposed procedure to help address the reported issues. Although the sensors showed some minor deformation, our assessment was that they remained functional. Unfortunately, you chose not to proceed with the proposed calibration procedure, citing the time and labor involved, and instead decided to replace the sensors with another brand. We understand that time is valuable, particularly when conducting experiments, but we believe it is important to acknowledge that our team did offer practical assistance and a potential solution. We take product quality and customer support seriously, and we regret that we were unable to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution. We remain committed to addressing customer concerns professionally and transparently, based on the facts of each case.
