I never received my order of 3 mens caps. They charged me $79 for these 3 hats. Im 73 yrs old handicapped and I live on a fixed income. It really hurt me to pay out this money I had to do without some of my medicine ro pay for this. I have to shop on line cuz im not able to go shopping anymore. So I ordered these as birthday presents for my son grandson and son in law. Now they will have nothing from me for their birthdays . Can u imagine how that makes me feel ?? SHAME ON YOU I GUESS U MAKE UR MOTHER PROUD SCAMMING OLD PEOPLE!!!
I was finally able to get a refund for the chairs I purchased. The email I corresponded with was support@serviceonline24h dot com. It took some back and forth and a promise to send a new order which I also never received. Then they said they would refund me minus the $10 shipping fee. When I told them I didn’t pay shipping fee they agreed to a full refund. I did not get the refund in the time that they said I would so I reached out again and they said it was an error with their system. After 2 months of back and forth I received the refund today after doing a paypal report.
ZERO STARS!! Total scam artists!! First they lied and said my purchase had been delivered, which it NEVER was!! (I was able to look up my order by the confirmation number) No customer service, no response. I’m now contesting the charges. NestGlow is also doing the same thing!! I have yet to hear from either company after stealing $45 each from me! Absolute frauds!
Horrible! Not a real company. Fake reviews and fake info about a product that doesn't exist. Gave me a fake tracking number and now it goes nowhere. Their email addresses all bounce back. 100% scam. I feel so dumb from ordering from them. "If it seems too good to be true it probably is."
Scam. I also ordered the chairs from tik tok, stated delivered but never received. Ordered 4/30 and took 18 days to say delivered. Their dispute function doesn’t work, phone number is non working, chat function is non working and their email address is fake. The tracking was fake also. Requesting a refund from my credit card company as well.
Everything on their website from reviews, timing of arrival, refund and guarantee to customer service options is completely fake.
Scam scam scam, i ordered in may 1 didn’t received my parcel fake tracking number the tracking number shows movement but its was fake ,even they said your parcel out for delivery to your Adress but didn’t received my parcel, I paid 40€ for shoes wardrobe saw in tiktok I lossttt my money , we even cantttt contact with the company fake fake fakeeee I’m helping everyone dontttt buyyy from this company
It's a TOTAL SCAM. They will never send you your product and they will send you to a fake website for disputes!!! I saw on TikTok they were selling the shoe drawer for $44.98 and it was a LIE. I ordered it and never received it and I went to the dispute website they provide for a complaint and they never followed back up with me. It has been a month.
*Edited to add that I received an email back from the support email listed on Btirdl’s site. They said there was a problem when the tried to deliver the chairs. I assured them that there was no problem bc they never tried to deliver the items. Told them I knew it was a scam. They have been emailing me offering me a partial refund despite me telling them PayPal refunded me. I’m assuming they are hoping I’ll agree to a “refund” so they can get an account number to “credit”
Scam. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and will be receiving a refund. Ordered the BOGO Adirondack chairs. Tracking order through the site says my order was delivered yesterday and it definitely wasn’t. Sent an email to their support listed on website..no response. PayPal has a totally different support email listed from seller(it’s a clothing store) and billing from a whole other different name. So between not receiving a confirmation or tracking email from bturidl, seeing tracking through their website saying delivered but not receiving item, and PayPal having a totally different company listed for support, I determined I was scammed. I saw the add on tiktok and the deal seemed good AND the website looked like there were a lot of positive reviews so I ordered 2 Adirondack chairs for $44. Because of all the picture, I assumed it was legit. Unfortunately, something just didn't seem right. I did a search on Trustpilot and there were no reviews. I did a search on scam alert if their website was a scam and it said likely a scam, because the website was just created. Those reviews were pulled from other websites. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt as I received a confirmation email and I asked about the product and they provided me with a tracking number and tracking website. I watched that my item was coming from China, which worried me because we were in a trade war, but it slowly was making it's way to me. Well, last friday, the item was supposedly delivered, and as suspected, nothing showed up. I emailed them and they said, it delivered and please check my mailbox. What? these packages won't fit my mailbox. I am surprised that there are even more than 1 star reviews on here. How is that possible. I ended up getting my money back from my credit card company, but want to warn anyone else to stay away!
I don't even want to give 1 star. Like other reviews below I ordered the bogof garden chairs through tiktok. Presumed it was legit as it was through tiktok. They're website claims to have 5 stars on trust pilot but because I bought through tiktok I stupidly didn't click out of it to check as I didn't want to lose the advert, I'm so angry at myself for been fooled but so angry in this day and age when moneys so tight that there's people out there that'll take people's money and have absolutely no remorse !! I'm also so mad that tikttok allow scam advertisements on people fyp!
