Their rinse free shampoo cap is a must for my bed bound husband, as we are unable to bathe him every day. His hair feels soft and clean after use, and it has a nice sweet scent. Also love their diapers which are of good quality and comfortable. Customer service is great!

Product, Price & Service review

Product is reasonably priced and quality of underpad is the best amongst all the brands i have tried. Customer service is excellent. Prompt & fast delivery. CRM/Loyalty program (points system) is easy to use - just redeem points at next purchase.

Good Range of Products

Constantly receiving updates on my orders and will be notified when there is promotions going on. Have been using BW Generation for the past few years as their diapers have strong durability.

Helpful Staff

Sherine and Annie are very helpful, responsive and thoughtful. I had 3 pieces of the diaper without the tape and they took the initiative to send me back 3 good ones. The day and night diaper is of good quality and there is not much leakage. Hope more people will support local brand!

In my opinion the best diaper experience

My mum uses the diapers for 8 years. It is more Comfortable and it does not cause skin irritation compared to those previous brands which we have tried. I have also recommended it to my other friends and they love it too

convenience of WhatsApp notifications

Like the convenience of being notified of purchase and expected date and time of delivery via WhatsApp. Staff was quick to respond to any queries via WhatsApp. I had asked for video instructions on how to use the inserts for diapers. Staff replied with pictorial instructions and even called to explain the instructions

It is almost a one stop shop for the main essentials needed for my mom. Also quality of items are good, does not cause any issue on my mom skin. Good follow up and CS from Anny and Sherine. Would prefer to order via an app instead of browser on mobile phone which is a bit hard to navigate. I
