I have been purchasing BW generation Ultra absorbent diapers (day & night use) for my grandma for several years now. Annie and her team have always been very personable with their service. Being efficient & having good product knowledge, they have always been able to advise me when I needed a product recommendation, and also updated me whenever the company had any new offers, relevant products which they thought would be useful for me. Even threw in free samples when I wanted to intro the product for a friend’s grandma. Annie and her team have always been super helpful, and the company has great products at a good price. Annie exhibited excellent customer service experience when she assisted me in processing my orders - explained that my reward points would expire after 5 months which is unusual because most/all customer loyalty programs have expiry in 12 months or longer (i.e. if I didn’t redeem than it will expire), moreover she also highlighted their promotion offer for the diapers that I’m using for my 100 years old mother that we had used for the past 2 years. This product is good value for money and I have recommended to some friends for their elderly parents via word of mouth. Perhaps their end-user/customer interface on their website can improve further because currently it is still not friendly enough as I had encountered some problem myself as a fairly tech savvy person.

Points Expiry: Our products unlike others require frequent and regular usage, our survey shows that when someone does not use the products for more than 3 months it is unlikely that they still need to utilise the points for the products. Staff Annie is very friendly n helpful when I text her with regard to the sample L size received. Without hesitant she sent another M size for my beloved mother who didn’t get to use it. Quality was good and comfortable as material is soft compared to the well known brands that I have tried out. Thumbs up to the service provided by Annie!!

Amazing service and products.
Fantastic service provided by the team of staff at BW generation. Special call out to Annie and Sherline who I interacted with via the WhatsApp line. Thank you for ur help and assistance. As for the diaper, 3👍🏻 for ultra which has great absorption. If there’s any improvement, it’s the website. It a little tricky to access and use the discount coupons (expires too soon)😁

The BW Generation diapers are very good…
The BW Generation diapers are very good quality and works very well for my mum. The insert pad is surprisingly good, it doesn't leak. Now I use the insert pads in the day and diapers in the night. Very helpful staff! Thank you!

Superior quality, cloth like.
Their products are of superior quality, thick, soft and cloth like. Under pads are thick and cloth like, when not soiled can be used for several days, they do not clump up. Although the large pull-up pants is supposed to fit 35-52”, it is too small for my husband’s 44” girth. In order to not wake up my husband during the night for changing diapers we leave the diaper open, insert booster pad on top and replace it whenever soiled. Delivery is also prompt.
