Sent an order with no confirmation email or order number. Contacted customer service they were unable to find or return my order. They would not let me return the item and offered not further assistance. They are scamming.

As a long-time BYLT customer, I wanted to recognize the excellent support I received from one of your customer service representatives. Although I initially reached out through the US site, they were incredibly helpful, understanding, and empathetic. They clarified that the Drop-Cut V-Neck: LUX colors listed as "Sage Yellow" and "Light Olive" are actually the same color and that the website naming had not yet been updated. They also shared my feedback with the team to help prevent future customer confusion. I truly appreciate their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Great Service and the Shirt Quality is excellent.
I returned the product I didn’t like and they never issued a refund claiming that they didn’t receive the package even though I shipped it was the label they provided. I had to contact my bank to resolve this because they ignored my emails and refused to work this out.
