WARNING: SUBSCRIPTION TRAP WITH BROKEN AI FILTERS – BLOCK YOUR CARD NOW!⭐ Review Rating: 1 / 5 StarsFREEZE OR BLOCK YOUR CARD NOW! Do not waste a single second clicking around their atrocious user interface trying to find a "Delete Card" button. This platform—which deceptive multi-brands itself across the web as Lumina, BytePlus, and Seedance 2.5—is a highly predatory, internationally documented subscription trap designed to capture your credit card details and lock you into a recurring billing loop.I signed up as a professional Creative Director for their €0.99 trial to render a high-end commercial video. YOUTUBE is at fault here too for letting a fraud take place... Am writing to them tomorrow. The system completely failed to deliver the service I paid for. Their broken, hallucinating automated security scripts falsely flagged a clean, professional studio video of simple hand movements as a "real people privacy violation," crashing the task and entirely blocking me from using the software. I only had my husbands arms in the picture, hardly a real person, So I modified my want, saying make the person AI. Still same "real person detected, try again, generation failed. There is no manual override, no top dropdown file menu, and no human support ecosystem to appeal to. Worse yet, the database platform operates with severe backend integrity blocks. As their official developer documentation quietly admits, the system will explicitly forbid and block you from removing your credit card if it is the only payment method linked to your account. They hide the billing panels in (When you try to show your account history in LUMINA go to the top right, look for a TINY plus sign next to a green number near your icon, click on it and you get your purchase history, of course it say empty and updating even after you have GIVEN AWAY your card details and whatever money they may have stolen. ) and lock down your profile so you cannot escape before the auto-renewal hits your wallet.IF YOU ARE TRAPPED, HERE IS THE DEFINITIVE SURVIVAL GUIDE:Take Screenshots Immediately: Take a clean, high-resolution screenshot of both your front-end rendering error and the backend "No Data Yet" billing pages. You will need this physical visual evidence as an absolute baseline for your bank.Pull the Bank Safety Brake: Do not waste your time writing to their nonexistent customer support or chasing hidden links in the IAM console. Open your mobile banking app right now and toggle your card to "FREEZE" or "BLOCK". This creates an unpassable wall that automatically declines their hidden auto-billing sweeps.Contact Your Bank for a CPA Block: Contact your bank's card security department immediately. Forcefully exercise your statutory consumer rights (such as FCA rules if you are in the UK) and instruct them to place a permanent Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) stop specifically on the merchant trading IDs for BytePlus / ByteDance / Volcengine. This permanently paralyzes their billing link at the network level while keeping your physical card completely open and active for your daily life.Hit Them with a Spite Chargeback: File an official transaction dispute with your bank for the initial €0.99 charge under "Services Not Rendered / Misleading Subscription Terms". Your bank will forcefully pull your money back out of their corporate pool, and the global credit networks will hit them with an expensive merchant compliance penalty fee. This company is charging premium prices for a completely dysfunctional layout and broken loops. Protect your data, freeze your accounts, and stick to reliable, transparent timeline editors. Let pending people who you are doing transactions with you know you will pay a different way. From Freeze and reactivate point, the card comes back on line with most banks in 48 hours, only on reactivation.

Horrible experience with bite-you-dance-chinese-co

Horrible experience, nothing works with this chinese 'company' or any product, should I say? Every generation fails saying: "The input or output was flagged as sensitive. Please try again with different inputs. (E005) (uIJ6l3ruRD)" That's absurd, Basta, never more.

Extremely hypocritical AI character…

Extremely hypocritical AI character app. Will offer characters based on incest, and other Extremely sexualised scenarios then claim it cannot accept bad language. Also has EXTREMELY sexually explicit pictures and videos! STAY AWAY.

I am writing to officially lodge a complaint against Dreamina (CapCut / Seedance 2) regarding their highest-tier, annual Ultra Package which I purchased to create a short film for the international Wiff AI Film Festival. This service is completely defective, and they are refusing to issue a refund for a product that does not work.Despite paying for the most expensive annual subscription, I am completely unable to generate any videos. The AI generation tool constantly blocks its own creations, throwing a false error stating that a "human face was detected" in the video generation process. Furthermore, despite being on the premium Ultra Package, all of the images and videos that the system manages to produce are watermarked with an AI logo, which completely disqualifies my work from being submitted to international film festivals.I want to explicitly and firmly clarify two critical points regarding my usage:NO uploaded images were used: I have never uploaded external photos or real human faces to the platform. The system is blocking and failing to process images that were generated entirely from scratch by its own built-in AI text prompt engine.NO deepfakes: I strictly oppose and do not engage in any form of deepfaking or violation of personal rights. My prompts are 100% ethical, fictional, and intended for artistic filmmaking.I have contacted their customer support directly, and they flatly refused to issue a refund. This company is charging high-tier premium prices for a completely broken and unusable loop-system. They are causing me severe financial damage and destroying my festival timeline. I demand a full, immediate refund for this deceptive and faulty service.

I signed up for a "7-day free trial" of the capcut pro subscription. Since they were very shady about telling me how much I would be charged, I log all my transactions, I canceled the subscription AND deleted the account. They Still Charged Me! Even though I canceled before the "free trial" was up! What a shady company!!!

Company that cannot be trusted

Company that cannot be trusted I asked for a simple invoice - instead I was put forth and back in instructions to stall and not actually deliver. False promises. No trustworthy staff. Even though they make some nice software such as CapCut - you're better off Not Using it - since these malpractices will cost you more than a normal western software product that could do the same.
