I do not recommend this service. Tried it out as a solo developer trying to market his mobile app. They oversell their capabilities but I didn't manage to make one convincing video. I find it completely overpriced too (it costs nearly 10usd for a 5 second clip) so even with the most expensive plan you cannot create anything good. They completely lack transparency about their pricing and it's difficult to see how many credits you have left or cancel your plan. I wish someone had tried it before me and told me this. I wouldn't recommend at all, avoid.

I just wanted to clone ad, I click button, it took all my tokens, plus there was a output like a very bad quality AI video and far far away from the video that I cloned from. I talked with the support, they offer me to add credits, and they didn't believe me it took all my tokens for a 1 video. I sent them a screenshot to prove it. but I didn't trust them or their service to get a good quality video. I asked for a refund, and they said they can't. well let's see what my bank says.
They keep billing me $300/mo and haven't cancelled in months despite telling them to do so and my account isn't even premium!!! Insane. Get this fixed asap.

One issue is that important information about the Starter Plan was not clearly disclosed. I had to contact support directly to get answers about the plan's limitations and features, which made the pricing and offering feel less transparent than I would expect.
More concerning, however, was receiving an offer of a "free" block of 100 credits in exchange for leaving a five-star review. At the time, I had not even had an opportunity to meaningfully use the product. The review request focused on product experience, yet I was being incentivized to provide a positive rating before I could honestly evaluate it.
For me, reviews should reflect genuine user experiences, not rewards-based endorsements. Transparency, honesty, and integrity matter, and this approach left me questioning the company's commitment to those values.

I had one of the worst customer experiences I have had with a SaaS product.
I used Creatify.ai to create a professional B2B video and gave very clear instructions. The output repeatedly failed in ways that were not minor. Wrong voice, wrong speed, missing scenes, inconsistent branding, random logos, poor rendering decisions and repeated errors that were not aligned with the brief.
The worst part was not just the product failing. It was the support experience afterwards.
Creatify did credit me for some of the issues, but then continued to argue with me about how many credits had been used, whether the problems justified further credits, and whether I could have spent that much on the same production. I provided evidence, credit usage, transcript history and clear examples of what had gone wrong, but I was still made to feel as though I had to keep proving the obvious.
At one point, their own process had already acknowledged errors that should not have been charged back to me, yet support still pushed back and asked for more proof rather than taking proper ownership. I was not asking for special treatment. I was asking not to be charged repeatedly for fixing mistakes created by the platform.
For a tool selling itself as a way to save time and create polished content, this became the complete opposite. I lost time, credits, confidence and patience. The support felt defensive, inconsistent and far too focused on protecting credits rather than resolving the customer problem.
I would strongly caution anyone using Creatify.ai for business-critical content. The product may be capable when it works, but when it goes wrong, the credit model and support process can make the experience extremely expensive and stressful.

I used it yesterday, Bought 100 credit for 35 euros, I created 1 video 15 second with SO MUCH details and everything is written down, it took 48 credits to create the video. It made the worest AI video i ever saw! All scenes are messed up, language is absolutely different than the language i wrote in the prompt. Everything came absolutely trash. Waste of money and can't get a refund and close my account
Creatify is a total consumer trap. They charged me $588 for an annual plan but completely hide their credit consumption. Generating one short, rigid 15-second AI video cost me 89 credits out of nowhere! No cost estimate was shown beforehand. The support team refused my refund request within hours of purchase. This is an unconscionable business practice. Absolute scammers. I am filing complaints with the FTC and BBB.

So when they say the basic plan can make videos at 10 tokens each time, they mean they can make a glorified subtitle video with rotating images for 10 tokens. For the AI part in AI video generation, it costs 54 tokens to make a single video. Aka the entire basic plan can make an entire 1.5 videos for the month!
Spent 20 hours waiting for this tool to generate a simple 10-second ad. The AI was stuck on 'Reasoning...' then 'Pondering...' for hours. When it finally delivered, the quality was garbage. Yes, you paste the link, it extracts the images, and generates at least 4 images — but the quality was terrible, with random Chinese characters and strange avatars.
At first, I thought maybe I was doing something wrong, so I tried creating a video. What a joke. Even though everything was in English, the video had Chinese subtitles, the voiceover was half English and half Chinese, the quality was awful, and it looked nothing like what was advertised.
After generating just a few videos and images, I ran out of credits and was asked to pay for more. Luckily, I stopped in time because it felt like a scam. They did not provide any refund.

I have been paying $99 for 6+ months and only found out now that I was getting 200 credits when the pricing said you get 300 credits.
I spoke to support and they said they can't migrate older users to the new credit limits.
Essentially meaning that I'm losing 100 credits a month because their systems cant update my plan with their offers and so I must LOSE out while being brand loyal.

I am dissatisfied with this company. When I registered a few months ago, there was a problem with the videos not generating properly. I eventually became frustrated and logged out for a couple of months. At the time of logging out, I still had 100 credits remaining. I just logged back in, and now all my credits have disappeared! I paid for credits that I did not utilise back then. I requested a refund of my credits, but they informed me that I would need to sign up again! This is a waste of my money. I will not be using this company again, nor will I recommend it.
