I like the product and the process to get it but the constant junk emails are very annoying. The message said "please leave us alone positive review" which is disingenuous. Also I got two of them. Then in the survey about the emails the questions were skewed to encourage more emails. Do I like the products and enjoy not having to go to a doctor? Yes. Do I think they need a user researcher to improve their marketing communication and surveys? Also yes... They asked for a review so here it is.

Very simple to reach doctors and customer service when needed. My prescription was set to refill and was promptly confirmed on the date indicated, followed up with shipping confirmation the next morning. 90 days in and my hot flashes have stopped and mood has improved significantly. Sleeping well and much less crabby!

The medications have been amazing with relief from symptoms …
The medications have been a game changer!! I have very few hot flashes at night and none during the day at all since starting the estridol cream and getting the adjusted dosage correct. The doctor is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and the staff is also very prompt to return messages regarding billing or any other concerns. It is also affordable which is great! I would highly recommend Winona!!

The first 2 weeks my body was getting used to the product and I had a little dizziness but it went away. Noticed my hips, upper back and neck, and knees feeling better. Noticed my hips more stiffness or sore after sleeping. Lost a few pounds but that’s due to having more energy and body not hurting anymore!

I am not getting any of the packages and I’m being charged for them. They are sending them USPS and the USPS doesn’t ever put them in my mailbox and they never sent any proof that it’s there and I can’t get anything done. The medication is not helping at all and I can’t even get it in the mail because they can’t send it a normal way like UPS or FedEx.
