It’s been a life changing experience. My anxiety is completely gone. I can’t believe none of the doctors I’ve seen wanted to explore this option. That’s the most frustrating part. I was on birth control for over 20 years no problem but when you want a perimenopause help, no one is available to help. I love Winona.

I wanted to try something to help with my hot flashes that only occurred at night for me but disrupted my sleep greatly. It was easy to set up everything with Winona. It did not take long for the hot flashes to disappear and that has made sleeping so much better for me. I have been on Winona for a year but had to stop for a few months in that year due to knee surgery and it took about 2 months before my hot flashes started back up! Back on and no hot flashes!
