There when I need help or have questions but not pushy with the sales pitch. HRT was a game changer for me! It did take a couple weeks to see an improvement but by a couple of months in I am starting to feel like myself again. 10/10 would recommend.

This is my first time awaiting a refill no knowing that my symptoms would return in just a couple of days.
If the protocol is to take every 3-4 days, this means the days between refills could vary 3-4 days, or in my case, a full week!
I wrote to see if I could get the medication sooner and was faced with multiple bot-like responses with zero help. Now, I am feeling terrible and have to leave for an international trip with no medication.
I'll be discontinuing my membership with this impersonal company.

You did communicate with several people in our Patient Care Department over the course of several days while we tried to resolve your complaint regarding processing vs shipping times.
We did not receive a reply regarding the suggested expedited shipping until a day after we messaged you.
At that time, it was too late to expedite your order due to shipping deadlines.

Great company and service, not sure treatment is working
The service is top notch and the doctors are very helpful and quick to respond. I’ve been taking my treatment for 3 months now and honestly cannot tell the difference from when I started. I am still exhausted, have brain fog, etc. I pay out of pocket so it’s not cheap for me and I’m not sure continuing is best. The company itself and its representatives are great. Just not sure this is helping and may just save my money to go to the physical doctor.

Unfortunately, every woman will respond differently to their HRT treatment plan, and relief is not always linear or fast.
We do see that you completed your Follow Up for your Winona doctor and that you are communicating with him regarding a dose change.
Sometimes increasing or lowering the dosage can help, as can other forms of HRT, such as patches.
We encourage you to continue working closely with your Winona doctor, as he is dedicated to finding you the right amount and combination of hormones for your unique symptoms.
