I just love that I lost 40 pounds I do need to lose 10 more but it’s not that important I look great in the way I knew that I just wanted to get down maybe another 10 pounds but I feel amazing and self-confidence is through the roof past experience is hard for me to lose weight and I did lose like 30 pounds but I needed to lose another 40 and I couldn’t do it it just gave me well power and the help that I needed
