Amazing customer service. My auto correct changed my granddaughter’s name and didn’t double check before I placed order. Panicked and immediately sent an email on a Sunday afternoon not expecting a response until Monday. Not only did I get a response but they canceled the order and refunded the money. I am so excited to reorder with the name spelled properly. Now both granddaughters have blanket with their names on them. Love their products and won’t buy anywhere else!!
I have always enjoyed the items I have purchased from Caden Lane. Recently I inadvertently added an item to my order that I did not wish to purchase. I contacted customer service & was helped by Caitlin. She was courteous & efficient, resolving my concern promptly. I just noticed my order will be delivered soon! I needed help putting together coordinating items by color. A solid personalized blanket with a coordinating print knotted gown was my focus. The customer service rep that contacted me gave me several options and confirmed some of the choices I had already chosen. It felt like a personal shopper. Lol. My items arrived quickly and each one was as I expected. Thank you for a great online shopping experience.
I ordered 2 of the cutest t-shirts for Christmas gifts. My order arrived quickly. I am looking forward to seeing the smiling faces when these gifts are opened! I have to add that the customer service Caden Lane provides is TOP NOTCH! I will definitely order from this wonderful company again!!
