I am actually enjoying a URelax, mixed berry as I’m writing this!! I work a schedule that includes both working 12 hour days and then 12 hour nights. I've been drinking traditiinal awa (kava) for years. Having the ability to easily mix this instead straining awa powder in a large bowl is a game changer. U Relax has been incredibly helpful for me in the evenings, as I drink it before going to bed. It has nothing dangerous in it, so my safety is not at risk.
