This interaction went surprisingly easily. My rental car overseas sustained a small windshield chip from a pebble on a highway. I thought I was covered and was very happy to find that I was. Online form wasn't excessively cumbersome and I received full reimbursement in less than two weeks.

Antwanette was wonderful as were all the people in the chain, they seemed to genuinely care and helped me resolve the issue quickly. These kinds of things (insurance claims) can be stressful but in this case, there was no stress. Also, the instructions were clearly explained on the website. It was clear what documents to upload, and the system for uploading worked well too. The process was pretty fast, too.
