Booking with them was like a scam, I put all my infos and my credit card, press to pay, and than a message about error was coming, so I pressed again and error again, then I received two messages from the bank saying that was approved immediately, but WorldTrip didn’t even send any email to confirm our with my travel insurance

The claims process with WorldTrips / Atlas Travel Insurance takes far too long to review. The overall procedure is cumbersome and frustrating to navigate. Even though I submitted all required supporting documentation—including the official doctor's diagnosis and proof of payment—promptly after the incident, the lack of status clarity forced me to log in and double-check twice just to make sure both of my claims were properly registered and showing as "under review." When you are dealing with medical issues during or after travel, you expect a timely and seamless experience. Competitors like Allianz are significantly faster, more efficient, and provide far better transparency during the reimbursement process. I hope Atlas simplifies their portal and speeds up their claims department, but as of now, I would hesitate to rely on them again.
