Was easy to obtain. I did it in 5 minutes. Did not need to make a claim but peace of mind was important. They followed up promptly after the cruise asking if there were any incidents (imagine that, an insurance company check to see if there was a claim!!!). Fortunately for us, there were none.

The communication is very poor. When you do a claim it’s a long wait and still nog reaction about my claim.
