Incorrect claim rejection; no response despite appeal
Rejected my claim which was previous to Cancer being diagnosed, wherein the claim was for a basic Urgent Care visit for general fatigue. I filed an appeal several weeks ago and received no response.

Unnecessarily complicated to buy another policy when my prior policy expired (and I did not receive email notification to renew). I've been a customer for years and your website has become less user-friendly.
