On the suction - the mount relies on a vacuum seal rather than adhesive, which means surface preparation is critical. The surface must be clean and flat, and the mount needs to be pressed down firmly while locking simultaneously to create a proper seal. If air gets in during installation the hold will fail. We'd love the chance to walk you through this properly. On the service - we are genuinely concerned to hear that your messages went unanswered.
