Kept drafting money out of my account after paid in full
I took a loan out with this company and set up a payoff less than a week later, only to get another auto-draft out of my account 2 weeks later. I called and they said my card declined, which is nonsense, as there was $20K in the account and my bank said no attempt was made. And of course, I received no notification or email or any contact to say my payoff declined. So on the phone with that agent, I did a full payoff for a second time two weeks ago which cleared my account. Today I have another auto-draft out of my account, so I call them and they tell me I have to wait for the payment to clear next week before they can initiate a refund which will take 5 more days. I have reported them to my bank as fraud! Avoid this company!
