Service Representative was very helpful and pleasant. He explained all aspects of the loan and made the process very smooth and move along quickly. My only complaint was that I wanted to be funded that day due to incoming bad weather in my area and due to my debit card being a Mastercard and not visa I wasn't able to do that. Other than that, it was a very great experience.
