The transaction with CEI went smoothly…
The transaction with CEI went smoothly and efficiently. My only criticism is not for CEI, but for the experience with FedEx. I understand why a signature is required, but using FedEx's tracking system to know when I needed to be available to receive the package was less than adequate.

Using CXI was so much easier than going to the bank! It was quicker, less expensive, and basically no effort! My “2-Day Shipping” turned into 3 Day, but that was an issue with Fed-Ex.

This was a great option for us since there aren’t many banks in our area we could order/get the foreign currency we needed. The ones available required us to be active account holders. So even though there is a fee for using..ordering our currency for delivery worked out great.

I have used Currency Exchange before and will do so again. I only gave a 4 star due to the Fed Ex delivery.
They indicated for two days in advance that a signature was required and be sure an adult is home, with delivery between 10:00am-2:00pm. We waited and not delivered until 7:00pm.

The service at Currency Exchange is always wonderful and technically I should be giving this review 5 stars. The ordering was very easy and I got my currency when I requested it the glitch was Fed Ex. I was told I would have to sign for my currency- which I what I wanted so I know I would receive it. But, they instead just left the currency in a doorway where anyone on the street could have taken it. No bell ring, no signature, literally just dumped it under a mailbox. So maybe in the future Fed Ex should not be used.

So convenient!
We have used this service twice now before heading overseas. It was recommended by our bank in small town Montana where we do not have access to foreign currency exchange. Rate was acceptable and the convenience was exceptional! We didn’t have to worry about finding a bank or decent exchange rates once we landed. So worth it!

Very quick service
Very quick service. However, FedEx was a royal pain. When they couldn’t deliver the first day because we missed them, it was next to impossible using their website to schedule a follow-up delivery. I know your company has no control over their delivery practices, but they’ve gotten too big.

Fast, efficient and easy. I usually get my funds after arriving in Mexico, but the only bank that does not take your card into the ATM is no longer there. So this was a much safer alternative. It was much faster than I thought and provided the funds in small denominations as most Mexicans can not make change for larger bills even large grocery store cashiers frown when you hand them large bills. So the small denominations was a great and pleasant surprise.
