Order process was satisfactory
Delivery was scheduled for Monday. I had to stay home all day from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with no delivery. Delivery finally happened on Tuesday.

I was duped into a sudden trip to Japan and needed currency fast. CXI delivered the needed funds without hassle. They even have free pickup if you’re in the area. I will definitely be using this service again for two more actual planned trips to Japan next year.
