Great service terrible delivery
The service was very convenient. The only criticism I have was not particularly with Currency Exchange International, but with FedEx. The tracking and delivery was shockingly bad. I literally had to take two full days off of work to be home for the delivery which required a signature. When first updated it gave me a date with delivery between 8-1pm. At 4:30 after calling FedEx for an update I was informed delivery was now tomorrow between 8-1 pm. No way to change the delivery to a pick up point, or reroute to my office. Understandable since currency was being delivered. I asked FedEx for a text or call when the driver was 1/2 hour out, and after agreeing I was called by the hub and told they were unable to narrow the window nor call or text. Next time, I will skip the “convenient” delivery which had a high additional charge, and pick up my currency at the actual storefront. Again, no problems with the currency which was for an unusual country. However the delivery was beyond bad.

The currency was delivered to my residence and it got there when I was told it would be.

I do understand it’s a business and I’m paying for the convenience . However after your exchange rate , shipping cost and my credit card transaction fee, i was down over 30% . (exchange rate from a few apps differed from your rate) I was a bit surprised and disappointed. Again, your company was very convenient..

The delivery requires a signature
The delivery requires a signature, we waited all day for the delivery and late in the day we were advised it was coming the next day. I had to give up working at the food bank to wait for the delivery. Not cool.
