To clarify, as soon as we received your cancellation request, we immediately contacted the carrier to try and stop the shipment. Unfortunately, because the order was already close to delivery, we were unable to intercept it in time. For returns due to non-quality issues, our policy requires the customer to cover return shipping and a restocking fee. This is because furniture is large and expensive to ship, and we also bear the risk of potential damage or loss during the return transit.
